We calculate profit after materials on every order, then set aside 50% of that into our giving fund. Totals are shared quarterly on this page and split between our partner charities.
Ready-to-ship pieces go out within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order items take 1–2 weeks since each one is stitched individually by hand.
Yes! Reach out through the contact form with your idea, preferred colors, and timeline, and we'll confirm whether it's possible and quote a price.
Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid the dryer, since heat can shrink or misshape the stitches.
All sales are final. Because 50% of every purchase goes toward our current rescue rotation the moment an order is placed, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged, reach out and we'll make it right.
